Vet Reccomendations from Members
Below is a list of reccomended vets from our members. If you would like to add to this, please feel free to email Ashley. Your input is kept anonymous.
Dr. Johnson - is great.
Dr. Christy at Northwoods Animal Hospital in Cary - Dr. Hudson is no longer with them. They do limited ferret surgeries using outside vets now and their lupron shots run about $80 a piece. I do not believe an office visit is required every time.
Park Vet. Hospital in Durham - will refer their surgeries to someone else.
Preston Animal Hospital in Cary - will refer their surgeries to someone else.
Dr. Grant at Lake Wheeler Vet. Hospital -very reasonable prices and have had very good results with all of their surgeries.
Dr. Spindell at Animal Ark - is very good and adrenal surgery at his clinic runs around $700.
Dr. D at Bowman Animal Hospital in North Raleigh is also a great ferret vet and they may be a little less expensive for adrenal surgery than others.
